Personal age progression videos

People timelines are one of the clearest ways to use Through The Ages. A baby photo, school photo, graduation portrait, and recent picture can become a short then-and-now video that shows a life story in a few seconds.

For smoother results, choose photos where the face is clear, the subject is not heavily cropped, and the camera angle is reasonably consistent. Front-facing portraits often work better than mixing side profiles, group crops, and distant images.

These videos are useful for birthdays, graduations, milestone posts, family memories, tribute videos, and personal glow-up reels. Start with two strong photos if you want a simple before-and-after, or add more images for a fuller timeline.

Good source photos can come from scanned prints, school portraits, phone camera rolls, or social media albums. The important part is that the person remains the clear focus in each image.

If one image makes the transition feel less natural, try removing it and generating a simpler video. A focused childhood-to-now pair can often be more effective than a longer sequence with inconsistent photos.
